We need a copy of your 1st lash/brow/nail certificate -
Proof of entry (print screen of your confirmation email)
Full name or business name as you wish it to appear on your certificate

Submit a short paragraph (max 2000 characters) 

- Explain how you got into the industry 

- Any obstacles you have had to overcome 

- Any industry achievements 

- What you have done to improve your skills 

- Instagram Handle
